4. 具备优秀的商务谈判和市场拓展能力,能洞察客户/用户需求,具备基础的数据分析能力,客户管理能力,基于客户需求产出销售策。
5. 优秀的用户体验意识和的商户经营服务意识,能带领团队保障品牌服务水平。
6. 能够积极拥抱变化,接受长期驻中东工作和工作区域调动。
7. 能够使用英语作为工作语言,具备英语读写能力,并熟练使用办公软件。

工作职责


1. 负责组建连锁销售团队并有效管理,包括人员招聘、销售目标任务合理分配、培训、激励。为团队成员提供有效的培训和指导,培养有能力且优秀的潜在管理者。
2. 负责连锁型品牌的开发及经营,推动品牌与平台品牌营销、促销活动、用户运营等领域的深度合作,为所负责品牌的规模提升负责;执行公司的销售策略,达成绩效目标。
3. 根据负责品牌的行业特点,深入了解品牌的生意经营,通过经营数据帮助品牌制定专业的外卖解决方案并落地。
4. 能够独立进行数据分析,从交易数据中发现问题,并指导团队成员改进,持续优化计划和策略。与配送部门建立良好沟通关系,作为品牌与平台配送的沟通桥梁,协同配送侧不断提升品牌配送服务体验。
5. 收集一线营销信息、用户意见、当地市场信息等,对公司提出参考意见。

As the Key Account Management Lead, you will be responsible for leading and guiding one key account management team in building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with our brand partners.
