任职要求
1.本科及以上学历。 2.有2-3年的API 产品/技术/运营经验,熟悉API集成项目。 3.具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神,能够与供应商、产品经理、业务团队高效合作。 4.具备较强的逻辑思维和问题解决能力,能够快速定位并解决复杂问题,以结果为导向。 5.英语可作为工作语言,具备良好的沟通和文档写作能力。 具备以下条件优先 能够熟练使用阿拉伯语。 有餐饮行业API对接经验的优先考虑。
工作职责
1.负责外部API服务商接入平台,从而确保平台合作商户的API及时、准确对接。 2.确保重要服务商接入效率和质量,并积极主动识别相关产品功能点的开发和迭代,保障API产品功满足业务发展目标需求。 3.管理API产品项目流程,建立销售、产品、技术团队等相关方的协作和沟通机制,精准把控各关键节点,推动项目实现业务预期并交付成果。 4.开展产品功能培训和推广,制定全面的产品培训手册,协助团队掌握产品使用方法。

Responsible for API vendors integration and related product functions development, ensure the efficiency and quality of integration, and make sure that API product functions meet the business development goals 2.Manage the API product project, establish collaboration and communication mechanism among sales, PM, RD team and other parties to promote the project to achieve business expectations and deliver results 3. Job Responsibilities 1.Assist in onboarding external API service providers, ensuring smooth and compliant integration processes under guidance. 2.Support API product testing and documentation, helping identify improvement opportunities and contributing to basic feature iterations. 3.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, tech) to facilitate communication and track project progress. 4.Help create and maintain product training materials, user guides, and internal knowledge base updates. 5.Learn industry-standard API products and operational best practices to grow expertise over time. 1.协助完成外部API服务商的接入支持,在指导下完成基础对接流程及文档整理; 2.参与API产品功能测试,记录问题并协助推进基础优化需求; 3.配合销售、技术团队完成日常跨部门协作与进度同步; 4.维护产品使用手册及内部知识库,协助制作培训材料; 5.学习行业通用API技术及运营方法,逐步提升专业能力。
