1、Bachelor’s degree or above.
2、At least 3 years of experience in partnership management, rider growth, or a related field.
Skills:
1、Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong partner relationships.
2、Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.
3、In-depth knowledge of the 3PL market, rider growth trends, and best practices.
4、Proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
工作职责
3PL Partner Development & Expansion: Develop and expand the 3PL partner network in line with demand in each city within Kuwait, ensuring scalability and reliable delivery services. 1、Partner Training & Operational Support: Enhance the operational capabilities of partners through training programs and effective communication, ensuring they understand company rules, strategies, and performance expectations. 2、Relationship Building & Management: Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with 3PL partners across Kuwait, fostering alignment with company goals and ensuring consistent operational efficiency. 3、Compliance Monitoring: Ensure 100% compliance for all 3PL partners and their riders in Kuwait, ensuring that they meet local and operational regulatory requirements. 4、Process Optimization & Collaboration: Work closely with product teams to optimize processes, products, and tools used by 3PL companies in Kuwait, ensuring they are streamlined and aligned with business needs. 5、Incentive & Penalty Management: Collaborate with the operations team to design and implement reward and penalty systems for 3PL partners, driving performance toward achieving business goals like hiring targets and improving user experience. 6、Achieving Business Targets: Take responsibility for the success of assigned partners and regions in Kuwait, ensuring goals related to rider recruitment, operations, management, and user experience are met. 7、Elimination of Underperforming Partners: Communicate and execute the process for removing partners who fail to meet operational or compliance standards, providing feedback and ensuring alignment with business goals. 8、Additional Tasks: Complete any other responsibilities or projects assigned by the manager to support departmental and organizational success.
• Local Network & Business Connection Leverage existing networks to provide introductions to key local clients and stakeholders. Act as a local liaison to help trust-building and smooth communication with potential strategic partners. • Strategic Sales Support & Deal Advisory Participate in sales strategy discussions, especially for high-value or complex client engagements. Provide insights and guidance during business development processes to increase the likelihood of successful deal closure. Join key client negotiations when necessary, bringing in local perspective and helping accelerate agreement. • Team Enablement & Local Insight Sharing Provide regular updates, briefings, or workshops for internal teams and core management on local business culture, client expectations, and market nuances. Help attract talents, as well as coach sales and partnership team members on negotiation styles, local communication etiquette, and relationship-building best practices.
Cross-industry Partnership Development: 1、Actively explore and establish cooperative relationships with local brands, supermarkets, chains, life service platforms and other companies to promote resource exchange and joint marketing; 2、Design and implement cross-brand cooperation projects (joint activities, rights exchange, member acquisition, etc.) to enhance brand influence and user conversion. Channel Management and Market Linkage: 3、Responsible for the planning and management of cross-industry cooperation channels, and promote collaboration with sales, operations and other departments; 4、Track cooperation results, output cooperation evaluation reports, and continuously optimize cooperation models. 5、Localized Market Research: Analyze user behavior, consumption preferences and channel ecology in Kuwait and surrounding markets, and propose cooperation strategies based on business goals; Grasp local culture and festival hotspots, and plan cross-industry marketing plans that meet market needs. 6、Brand Linkage and Negotiation: Conduct business negotiations on behalf of the company and lead the cooperation process, including agreement signing, resource docking, budget management, etc.; Establish and maintain important partnerships to enhance the company's influence and brand awareness in the local market.
