1、Rider Behavior Management & Fraud Prevention: Manage and regulate rider behavior through compliance rules, identify patterns of fraudulent conduct, and take corrective actions as necessary to maintain operational integrity. 2、Training & Development: Design and implement training courses, programs, and workshops for riders, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to provide high-quality delivery services. 3、Rider Onboarding & Offboarding: Ensure that riders are onboarded and registered according to compliance processes, verifying that they meet all necessary criteria. Take timely action to offboard riders who fail to meet the required standards or compliance guidelines. 4、Compliance Monitoring: Monitor and ensure that riders adhere to local laws and regulations in Kuwait, ensuring a fully compliant workforce that meets the legal requirements for operation.
3PL Partner Development & Expansion: Develop and expand the 3PL partner network in line with demand in each city within Kuwait, ensuring scalability and reliable delivery services. 1、Partner Training & Operational Support: Enhance the operational capabilities of partners through training programs and effective communication, ensuring they understand company rules, strategies, and performance expectations. 2、Relationship Building & Management: Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with 3PL partners across Kuwait, fostering alignment with company goals and ensuring consistent operational efficiency. 3、Compliance Monitoring: Ensure 100% compliance for all 3PL partners and their riders in Kuwait, ensuring that they meet local and operational regulatory requirements. 4、Process Optimization & Collaboration: Work closely with product teams to optimize processes, products, and tools used by 3PL companies in Kuwait, ensuring they are streamlined and aligned with business needs. 5、Incentive & Penalty Management: Collaborate with the operations team to design and implement reward and penalty systems for 3PL partners, driving performance toward achieving business goals like hiring targets and improving user experience. 6、Achieving Business Targets: Take responsibility for the success of assigned partners and regions in Kuwait, ensuring goals related to rider recruitment, operations, management, and user experience are met. 7、Elimination of Underperforming Partners: Communicate and execute the process for removing partners who fail to meet operational or compliance standards, providing feedback and ensuring alignment with business goals. 8、Additional Tasks: Complete any other responsibilities or projects assigned by the manager to support departmental and organizational success.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Manager - Logistics Compliance. This role is crucial in helping Keeta establish strong working relationships with local government bodies and regulatory agencies in Kuwait, ensuring smooth business operations and compliance with all local laws and regulations in the delivery industry. The ideal candidate should have a background in government relations, regulatory affairs, or relevant public sector roles, especially in the context of logistics, transportation, or food delivery. Key Responsibilities: 1、Government Relations & Compliance Management: Establish and maintain connections with key government departments related to food delivery. Navigate local regulatory frameworks, ensuring Keeta is fully compliant with transportation, health and labor laws. Act as the main liaison between Keeta and logistic relevant authorities to facilitate business operations and approvals. Ensure that all compliance processes are properly documented and followed. 2、Regulatory & Legal Support: Provide guidance and support in obtaining necessary permits and certifications, including health cards for riders and food safety approvals for delivery operations. Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory filings and documentation to local authorities. Keep track of any changes in relevant laws and regulations and advise internal teams on necessary adaptations. 3、Process Optimization: Collaborate with local authorities to streamline the compliance process and ensure timely approvals for new operations or service expansions. Identify potential risks or gaps in compliance and propose solutions to mitigate these risks effectively.

Standards Development: Establish comprehensive criteria for 3PL entry, assessment, and rider evaluation standards. 4. Lead Generation and Screening: Identify potential 3PL leads through various channels such as Google Ads and other marketing platforms. Develop effective screening processes to select the best partners for collaboration. 5. Data Analysis: Utilize SQL and other data analysis tools to assess and improve 3PL performance metrics. 6. Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with international teams to ensure compliance with local regulations and to adapt strategies accordingly.
