1.Drive localization excellence by collaborating with localization project managers, external translation providers, and product managers to ensure the highest linguistic and cultural quality of Keeta’s Brazilian Portuguese content, while continuously enhancing efficiency and scalability. 2. Ensure top-tier translations by reviewing vendor-delivered content, providing linguistic feedback, and performing translation tasks on demand to uphold quality standards. 3.Own and optimize language assets by developing and maintaining a robust terminology database, style guides, and translation memories to ensure linguistic consistency, enhance translation quality, and streamline workflows. 4.Establish quality benchmarks for product copy, conducting ongoing linguistic research to refine key vocabulary and ensure alignment with local market expectations. 5.Champion the user experience by working closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user feedback, ensuring that the app’s language experience remains natural, engaging, and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities Multilingual Business Communication and Translation (Core Responsibility) Provide oral and written translation support in Chinese, English, and Portuguese for sales leaders and key business scenarios, including meetings, business discussions, client communications, emails, and work materials; Support cross-cultural and multilingual communication by helping clarify background, context, and key information, improving communication efficiency and decision-making quality. Business Understanding and Support Participate in sales- and business-related meetings and discussions, gradually building an understanding of business goals, customer needs, and market conditions on top of translation support; Assist in organizing meeting minutes, key conclusions, and action items to support business execution and follow-up. Business and Operations Collaboration (Development Direction) When translation workload allows, participate in basic sales operations tasks, such as data organization, simple analysis, business progress tracking, and material preparation; As business understanding deepens, gradually take on more responsibilities related to business support, cross-regional collaboration, or project execution.

1.Drive API-based integration between local Brazilian chain brands and the platform, enabling seamless connectivity with merchant systems such as POS, ERP, and OMS. 2.Coordinate with product, engineering, and sales teams to design and implement digital solutions tailored to enterprise clients in the chain industry. 3.Manage technical onboarding and post-integration operations, ensuring smooth system performance and continuous optimization after go-live. 4.Oversee vendor and third-party service provider relationships, ensuring high-quality delivery and effective support throughout the API integration process. 5.Provide technical support for key accounts, working closely with strategic clients to ensure API stability, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
