2.有过巴西工作经验/熟悉巴西市场和用户需求优先。
工作职责
1. 负责巴西国际品牌的整合营销,能基于用户需求洞察和业务数据分析,输出符合客户需求的营销策略,推进落地并沉淀营销方法论。 2.基于阶段性业务目标打造差异化的招商策略,有较强的供给认知和数据分析能力,同时具备一定谈判策略和沟通能力,支撑大客户销售团队提升营销供给质量。 3.统筹品牌/品类整合营销活动,对营销策划与资源整合工作负责,包括但不限于目标设定、需求收集、节奏设计、方案策划、资源整合、营销玩法和传播点设计等。 4.整合美团内外部资源,跨部门协作沉淀合作机制及SOP。
We are seeking a strategic Senior Marketing Operations Manager to establish and optimize our marketing investment framework. This role will design budget management protocols, drive financial-performance alignment, and cultivate best practice sharing across markets. You will serve as the crucial bridge between Finance, Regional Teams, and Leadership, ensuring marketing spend delivers measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities 1. Budget Governance & Process Design Design standardized budget planning templates and timelines Establish clear approval workflows with Finance for marketing budgets Develop procurement guidelines for marketing expenditures Create budget adjustment protocols for agile investment 2. Performance Accountability Framework Implement campaign evaluation standards with unified KPIs Oversee post-campaign review process with standardized templates Manage vendor payment certification tied to performance Maintain marketing spend database with categorization 3. Insight Generation & Reporting Produce quarterly Spend Effectiveness Reports Develop allocation vs. performance analysis Lead budget planning workshops with stakeholders Present investment recommendations to leadership 4. - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition. - Create and execute marketing campaigns to build and strengthen the Keeta brand, driving brand awareness, customer loyalty, and engagement. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis globally to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the food delivery industry, and apply insights to enhance the Keeta brand positioning. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and design, to ensure consistent brand messaging and brand representation across all touch points. - Develop and maintain brand guidelines and standards to ensure cohesive brand identity and voice.- Oversee the development and execution of branding and creative assets, including advertising materials, packaging, website content, and social media content, to ensure alignment with the brand strategy. - Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, such as brand awareness, perception, and customer sentiment, and provide data-driven recommendations for brand optimization. - Manage marketing budgets allocated to brand management activities and ensure efficient allocation of resources. - Stay up-to-date with industry developments, market trends, and best practices in brand management to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

1.Develop and Implement Marketing Plans: Independently create and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness of Keeta grocery service. 2.Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges. 3.Collaboration: Maintain frequent communication with user growth team and central marketing team to align on strategies, share insights and gain win-win. 4.Partnership Development: Establish and nurture partnerships with local government, chambers of commerce, and community organizations. 5.Marcom Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing communications (marcom) campaigns to engage residents and visitors effectively. 6.Data Analysis: Collect and analyze marketing data to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make necessary adjustments.
