Content Creation & Scheduling Support the development of localized content calendars across platforms (Instagram, X, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.). Create engaging, platform-native content in Arabic and English that resonates with the Saudi audience. Collaborate with designers and video editors to brief and finalize visual content. Community Engagement Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and tags in a timely and brand-appropriate manner. Escalate issues to internal stakeholders when needed and track recurring feedback. Engage with local trends and viral topics in real time to maintain relevance. Campaign Execution Support social media campaigns, influencer partnerships, and real-time coverage of events or launches. Coordinate with internal teams and agencies to ensure timely delivery of assets and posts. Analytics & Reporting Track post performance and campaign metrics, compiling weekly and monthly reports. Provide insights and suggestions to improve engagement and reach in the Saudi market. Monitor competitor social activity and industry trends.

Media Relations Assist in maintaining strong relationships with key Saudi media, bloggers, and influencers. Support press outreach efforts, including drafting and distributing press materials. Help manage interview logistics and track media coverage. Content Support Draft and localize press releases, talking points, and briefing documents in both Arabic and English. Prepare content for media kits, press events, and executive speaking opportunities. Campaign Execution Support the planning and execution of Public Relations activations, press events, and media briefings. Coordinate with agencies, partners, and internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Monitoring & Reporting Monitor media coverage, social sentiment, and competitor activity in the Saudi market. Compile weekly and monthly Public Relations performance reports. Ensure proper documentation and tracking of Public Relations activities.

Liaise with local media channels (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok Ads, local advertising agencies) to manage media procurement, negotiation, and performance optimization. 2. Manage media buying budgets and ensure maximum ROI. Data Monitoring & Optimization 1. Track advertising performance metrics (impressions, CTR, conversion rates, etc.), generate regular analysis reports, and refine media strategies accordingly. 2. Use A/B testing and other methods to optimize ad creatives and media mix. Cross-Functional Collaboration 1. Work closely with marketing, creative, and operations teams to ensure media strategies align with brand communication goals.
