What You’ll Do: Sales Data Support: Assist in collecting, organizing, and updating sales data for franchise brand teams. Support the team in tracking daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by preparing basic reports and dashboards. Market & Competitor Research: Conduct desk research on industry trends, competitors, and merchant activities. Summarize findings to support operational analysis and team discussions. Strategy Execution Assistance: Help coordinate internal meetings and follow up on action items related to sales strategy and project execution. Support documentation and communication across teams. Project Coordination: Assist in monitoring project timelines, preparing simple project status updates, and helping organize resources for ongoing business initiatives.

Market Research: Regularly gather and organize information on pricing strategies, marketing campaigns, and promotional tactics of key market players, providing market insights. 3. Strategy Operations Support: Participate in the end-to-end business process from strategy formulation to execution, including assisting with the setup, launch, and maintenance of online campaigns.

Job description: 1. Responsible for the merchant's price analysis, discount setting, inventory management and other related operations; 2. Formulate a priority plan for brand and category dimensions for different levels of sneaker merchants, monitor the launch of new products/top selling products, and be responsible for the exposure of products; 3. Responsible for the activities and marketing with other multi-departments and resource integration; 4. Conduct periodic data analysis on the sales and inventory of each sneaker brand/category, forecast and optimize the sales, drive the matching of product supply and sales; 5. Daily operation monitoring and communication of merchants, data analysis, coordination of marketing activity resources, price negotiation, and help merchants achieve sales growth; 6. Cultivate the growth of merchants through systematic methods such as products preparation/platform rules setting/training, and improve the operational capabilities of merchants; 7. Categorize/hierarchical management of merchants, formulate different operation strategies and plans according to the dominant brands and categories of different merchants; 8. Responsible for formulating the overall strategy development and follow-up of the business, including annual planning, operation plans, etc.; 9. The merchant's daily order fulfillment performance follow-up, can complete the cooperation horizontally and cross-departmentally, and get the results.
