工作职责
1. Public Relationship Campaign Management - Work closely with Keeta’s teams in the Middle East and Latin America to create Public Relationship plans aligned with the company’s goals, including product launches, corporate announcements and integrated marketing campaigns. - Assist in crisis communications under the guidance of senior team members. 2. Cross-Functional Coordination - Serve as a liaison with the business units and internal teams (marketing, product, legal) to assure International team awareness of new strategies, products and innovations and to ensure global message alignment. - Serve as Keeta Public Relationship point person in HQ projects relating to branding, communications, localization, and product innovation. 3. Operational Support - Manage Meituan’s internal procurement, legal, HR and other systems to assure team efficiency - Monitor industry trends and flag opportunities or risks to the team.
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic GCC Public Relations Manager to lead and execute public relations efforts across key GCC markets excluding Saudi Arabia (United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman). The ideal candidate will have deep regional expertise, strong media relationships, and a proven track record of delivering high-impact Public Relations campaigns that drive brand visibility, reputation, and business relevance. Strategy & Planning Develop and implement localized Public Relations strategies tailored to each GCC market in alignment with regional brand objectives. Identify opportunities for thought leadership, brand storytelling, and executive visibility. Media Relations & Communications Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier media outlets, journalists, and influencers across the GCC. Serve as the primary media spokesperson for GCC markets (excluding KSA). Draft and localize press releases, media kits, Q&As, and messaging documents. Campaign Execution Plan and execute media activations, press conferences, product launches, and Public Relations events. Collaborate with agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery. Monitor and manage reputational risks and proactively address Public Relations issues. Performance & Reporting Track and report on Public Relations KPIs, media coverage, and sentiment analysis. Provide regular market intelligence, competitor analysis, and media insights.

Advocate for policies that foster innovation while mitigating risks to operations. 4.Collaborate with legal, communications, and business teams to align government outreach with company goals. 5.Represent Keeta in industry associations, public forums, and policy dialogues. 6.Proactively address potential regulatory challenges and crisis scenarios. 7.Support the growth of cross-functional teams by providing regulatory guidance in early-stage initiatives.

About the Role We are looking for a strategic, execution-focused integrated senior communication manager to build our content strategy in central marketing team for the Middle East (Mainly United Arab Emirates, Qatar & Kuwait). You will be responsible for crafting high-impact content strategies, driving campaign engagement, and amplifying our presence in a complex, multicultural region. This role is for a "doer" – someone who can identify cultural moments, buzzworthy campaigns, and turn our brand into a regional conversation starter, all while navigating local sensitivities. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Brand Engagement Develop hyper-localized content strategies for GCC markets (Mainly United Arab Emirates, Qatar & Kuwait), leveraging cultural insights and consumer behavior Identify and capitalize on high-impact moments (e.g., Ramadan, Saudi National Day, Dubai Shopping Festival) Drive engaging storytelling through owned and earned channels to promote our brand and offers, ensuring alignment with corporate messaging 2. Viral & Buzzworthy Campaigns Conceptualize and execute large-scale campaigns around the year (e.g., gamified promotions, influencer-led challenges) Build an in-house "content engine" capable of real-time, trend-driven marketing Partner with local cultural entities (e.g., sports leagues, entertainment hubs) for authentic, engagement-driving activations 3. Crisis & Reputation Coordination Work closely with the corporate Public Relation team to ensure marketing campaigns align with broader reputation goals Flag potential cultural/religious sensitivities in campaign concepts before launch Monitor public sentiment and adjust campaigns in real-time to avoid missteps 4. Team & Ecosystem Leadership Manage relationships with platforms, and influencers (without overlapping with Corp Public Relation’s remit) Optimize paid and organic content distribution for maximum engagement on a campaign basis
