一、岗位职责： （1）协同业务销售团队，建立培训体系和讲师标准，搭建业务人员培养规划，推动培训体系的落地和规划的实施，提升业务团队的专业能力，助力业务目标的达成。 （2）根据业务发展需求，深入业务了解人员画像和业务痛点，并根据业务策略洞察制定培训计划并落地，对不同业务角色能定制开发培训课程，萃取并复制优秀标杆。 （3）协调团队内外培训资源，确保培训课程的丰富度以及实用性，完成课程的设计、开发、授课、追踪和结果评估。 （4）建立团队的学习能力和氛围，打造成长型的业务团队，能与业务团队紧密配合，营造建设良好的团队文化。 Responsibilities： (1) Collaborate with the sales team to establish a training system and instructor standards. Develop a talent cultivation plan for business personnel, drive the implementation of the training system and plan, and enhance the business team's professional capabilities to support goal achievement. (2) Based on business development needs, deeply analyze personnel profiles and business pain points. Insightfully formulate and execute training plans aligned with business strategy. Customize and develop training courses for different business roles, extracting and replicating best practices. (3) Coordinate internal and external training resources to ensure the richness and practicality of courses. Complete the design, development, instruction, tracking, and result evaluation of all courses. Act as the primary legal contact for EU business units, advising on all contract-related matters (B2B and B2C agreements), including distribution agreements, national sales agreements, procurement agreements, warranty agreements, and XPENG purchase terms and conditions. 2. Collaborate with internal legal specialists or external counsel on IP, GDPR, product compliance, and other legal issues related to contract drafting and review. 3. Provide regulatory and compliance advice on matters tied to contracts, such as competition law, consumer protection laws, GDPR, product safety standards, and after-sales service regulations in Europe. 4. Develop, implement, and continually improve compliance programs, including GDPR, product compliance, and after-sales service compliance, ensuring adherence to EU regulations. 5. Manage legal disputes, including those related to compliance violations or contractual breaches. 6. Conduct periodic legal training for business teams on contract law, compliance requirements, and best practices. 7. Oversee corporate governance matters and provide support on employment law issues as needed. 8. Administer external counsel relationships, including managing compliance-related legal services.
1. 与产品运营专家合作，负责商家成长相关的内容产出，包括图文，视频等多种承载方式。Collaborate with product operation experts to be responsible for content production related to merchant growth, including various formats such as text, graphics and videos. 2. 能够独立开展或者和BD、用研等团队合作，深度洞察商家在产品使用上的痛点和需求，确保产出内容容易被商家理解，且能解决商家的疑问。Familiar with the characteristics of food delivery merchants in Brazil. Able to independently conduct or collaborate with teams such as BD and user research to deeply understand the pain points and needs of merchants in product usage, ensuring that the output content is easily understood by merchants and can address their questions.
• Be a subject matter expert on databases, particularly on Relational Databases, able to discuss with customer on database modelling, migration, performance testing and day to day operations • Have wide ranging experience with open source and commercial databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle & SQL Server…etc • Be familiar with major cloud service providers in using it for deployment of workloads (AWS, Alicloud, GCP, Azure…etc) • Be a technical expert on all aspects of OceanBase (compatibility assessment, deployment, administration, development, migration…etc) • Facilitate introduction, discussion and demonstration of OceanBase’s technology, vision and value proposition either via individual or group sessions with customers • Engage and discover prospects’ pain points, business/technical challenges and identify how OceanBase can add value • Run Proof of Concept projects with customers to validate OceanBase’s capabilities Support post sale OceanBase implementation with OceanBase delivery team • Maintain deep understanding of competitive as well as complementary technologies and how to position OceanBase DB in relation to them • Provide guidance on how to resolve customer-specific technical challenges • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to continuously improve OceanBase product and position in the market
