工作职责
(1) Collaborate with the sales team to establish training systems and instructor standards, design employee development programs, ensure the effective execution of training frameworks and implementation plans, enhance the professional capabilities of the business team, and contribute to achieving overall business objectives. (2) Analyze business development needs, identify operational challenges and talent profiles, develop training strategies and curricula, customize courses for different business roles, and identify and replicate best practices. (3) Coordinate internal and external training resources to ensure course diversity and relevance; manage the end-to-end training process, including design, development, delivery, tracking, and outcome evaluation; build training systems and curricula from the ground up. (4) Foster team learning capabilities and cultivate a growth-oriented culture; collaborate closely with business teams to reinforce organizational culture and build high-performing teams. 1. 与产品运营专家合作，负责商家成长相关的内容产出，包括图文，视频等多种承载方式。Collaborate with product operation experts to be responsible for content production related to merchant growth, including various formats such as text, graphics and videos. 2. 能够独立开展或者和BD、用研等团队合作，深度洞察商家在产品使用上的痛点和需求，确保产出内容容易被商家理解，且能解决商家的疑问。Familiar with the characteristics of food delivery merchants in Brazil. Able to independently conduct or collaborate with teams such as BD and user research to deeply understand the pain points and needs of merchants in product usage, ensuring that the output content is easily understood by merchants and can address their questions.
1. 负责外部API服务商接入平台，确保重要服务商接入效率和质量，并积极主动识别相关产品功能点的开发和迭代，保障API产品功满足业务发展目标需求； 2.管理API产品项目流程，建立销售、产品、技术团队等相关方的协作和沟通机制，精准把控各关键节点，推动项目实现业务预期并交付成果； 3. 开展产品功能培训和推广，制定全面的产品培训手册，协助团队掌握产品使用方法； 1.Responsible for the access of external API service providers, ensuring efficient and high-quality integration of key API providers, actively identifying the development and iteration of related product features, ensuring that the API product meets business development goals; 2.Manage the API product project workflow, establish collaboration and communication mechanisms among sales, product, tech teams, precisely control each key milestone, and drive the project to meet business expectations and deliver results; 3.Lead product feature training and promotion, develop a comprehensive product training guide, and support the team in mastering product usage.
1. Responsible for the iteration and optimization of internal sales/operations product tools, provide product solutions, and coordinate with the sales, product, technical teams, and other relevant departments to ensure successful product feature launches and implementations; 2. Manage the product project，co-operate with the various departments to promote the progress of the project, ensure that the production project meets the business expectations, and help the business objectives to be achieved more efficiently; 3. 1.协助巴西SMB客户销售团队完成销售目标，提供销售支持和运营支持。 2.协助销售团队进行巴西市场调研和竞争分析，支持业务数据播报，为销售策略提供支持。 3.参与策划和执行业务激励和活动、资产管理、费用统计报销、办公用品采收等销售团队支持工作，辅助物料采购和库存管理。 4.营造良好的团队氛围和办公环境，组织团队内部各项团建活动。 1. Assist the Brazilian SMB customer sales team in achieving sales targets by providing sales support and operational support. 2. Assist the sales team with Brazilian market research and competitive analysis, support business data reporting, and provide insights to support sales strategies. 3. Participate in planning and executing business incentives/activities, asset management, expense tracking/reimbursement, procurement of office supplies, and other sales team support tasks; assist with material procurement and inventory management. 4. Foster a positive team atmosphere and conducive work environment; organize various internal team events.
