美团Partner Onboarding & Support (Arabic Speaker Preferred)

Key Responsibilities 1. Assist in processing and verifying partner registration documents before submitting contract to the onboarding manager. 2. Coordinate with the internal teams to ensure readiness for partner activation. 3. Maintain and update partner information in the system. 4. Support in creating partner business profiles in internal systems. 5. Identify and suggest improvements to streamline the onboarding process. Any other task assigned by the manager.

1. Designing and optimizing partner admission and exit criteria to ensure sustainable partner quality.设计并优化合作商准入与退出机制，确保合作商质量可持续发展。 2. Planning and implementing the partner onboarding process, including training and capability assessments.规划并执行合作商Onboarding流程，包括培训与能力评估。 3. Developing partner tiering systems and benefit structures to foster long-term engagement and performance improvement.搭建合作商分层体系及权益机制，推动长期合作和绩效提升。 4. Defining and tracking partner performance metrics, implementing data-driven evaluation and governance systems.制定合作商运营考核指标，建立数据驱动的评估与管理体系。 5. Designing and iterating incentive and benefit strategies that align with long-term operational goals.设计并迭代激励与福利策略，以支撑业务的中长期发展目标。 6. Structuring the partner network across regions and cities, ensuring balanced supply and strong partner capabilities.梳理并优化不同城市的合作商结构，保障稳定供给并提升合作商能力。 7. Developing scalable partner training systems, including digital learning and in-person capability building.搭建可复制的合作商培训体系，包含线上学习与线下能力提升。 8. Collaborating with cross-functional teams including operations, legal, and product to continuously enhance partner experience.与运营、法务、产品等跨部门团队协作，持续提升合作商体验和运营效率。

1.Conduct market and competitive analysis in the assigned country to provide timely intelligence support to headquarters, facilitating the formulation of accurate business strategies and market positioning.（开展所属国家的市场及竞争情况调研分析，为总部提供及时的信息支持，帮助制定准确的业务策略和市场定位。） 2.Manage partner acquisition in the assigned country in compliance with regulatory principles, onboarding high-potential partners to support rapid business expansion. Establish and maintain comprehensive and confidential records for all approved partners.（在遵循合规原则下，负责所属国家的合作商招商管理，引入优质意向商，支持业务的快速发展。同时，建立各国准入商的档案，确保合作商信息的完整性和保密性。） 3.Collaborate with front-line, security, and quality control teams to investigate and resolve partner-related risk incidents, ensuring swift and closed-loop handling. Conduct interviews for major risk events to uphold effective risk control.（协同一线管理、安全管理、质控管理等团队，负责所属国家合作商风险事件的调查与处置，实现风险事件的快速闭环处理。对合作商的重大风险事件进行约谈，确保风险控制的有效性。） 4.Work with the vehicle and equipment management team to develop and implement strategies for partner equipment coverage and cost optimization, ensuring compliance while driving continuous cost reduction.（协同载具装备管理组，制定并实施所属国家合作商装备覆盖及成本优化策略，确保装备合规性的同时，实现成本的持续降低。） 5.Coordinate with the training team to organize, deliver, and monitor training programs for local partners, tracking effectiveness to ensure successful implementation of training content.（协同培训管理组，组织和协调所属国家合作商的培训活动，并进行督导和效果追踪，确保培训内容的有效传达和落实。）

1. Contract Management Draft, review, and manage contracts between Keeta and local 3PL partners. Coordinate with legal teams to localize and optimize standard contract templates. Track contract performance, ensure key terms are fulfilled, and identify potential compliance risks. 2. Onboarding & Qualification Execute end-to-end onboarding process: document collection, qualification screening, due diligence, and record-keeping. Build and maintain a robust 3PL database with complete and up-to-date documentation. Support the development of SOPs and digital systems for merchant qualification and tracking. 3. Compliance & Risk Control Enforce MEI (Microentrepreneur) compliance policies and educate 3PL partners on related requirements. Assist with routine audits on 3PL contracts and rider payment paths to mitigate labor relationship risks. Work cross-functionally with legal, finance, and risk teams to develop a sustainable and low-risk partnership model.
