工作职责


(1) Build an organizational culture framework and employee care programs; be able to assess organizational climate and conduct culture diagnostics, with the goal of developing a united, collaborative, continuously learning, innovation-supporting, and high-performing business team.
(2) Design and plan large-scale organizational events; establish and manage cultural communication channels; create cultural content to ensure internal alignment and effectively convey the organization’s culture externally to attract and inspire more people.
(3) Foster a strong cultural atmosphere; develop incentive systems and programs; design culture-related training plans to unlock business potential and accelerate performance breakthroughs.
(4) Establish evaluation standards and metrics for organizational culture, and regularly assess the effectiveness of culture implementation.

(1)建立组织文化体系和员工关怀计划,能探查组织温度,能做组织文化诊断,打造组织团结协作、持续学习、支持创新、能打胜仗的业务团队。
(2)建立组织大型活动的设计和策划,建立并运营文化传播渠道,进行文化内容的创作,对内确保组织文化传播落地,对外宣传组织文化感召更多人。
(3)营造组织文化氛围,建立激励体系和方案,制定文化培训计划,激发业务潜能,加速业绩冲刺。
(4)建立组织文化的评估标准,制定衡量指标,定期对组织文化效果进行评估。

Design on-platform and off-platform creative activity plans based on target user groups, marketing themes, and market demand to enhance user acquisition, retention, and drive platform transaction growth. 2. Cross-Department Coordination & Collaboration: Work closely with teams such as Marketing, Product, and others. Organize cross-department meetings to drive the progress of activities and ensure key milestones are met on time. 3. Data Analysis & Optimization: Track and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, including metrics such as traffic, conversion, and subsidies. Continuously optimize marketing strategies based on data insights and propose improvement plans to ensure sustained platform benefits. 4. Campaign Communication: Design communication strategies and timing for campaign promotion through on-platform channels and external media. Ensure that marketing materials align with the campaign theme and generate user interest and participation.
