工作职责
1. Conduct weekly interviews with couriers to gather insights, feedback, and screenshots. 2. Monitor and report competitor strategies, including pricing, incentives, and operational tactics. 3. Share insights with City BPs and Pricing to support fee and strategy adjustments. 4. Support go-to-market efforts in new cities: map risks, understand cultural barriers, and identify demand zones. 5. Track courier satisfaction, cancellations, online behavior, and fraud indicators. 6. Build and maintain a centralized database for courier intelligence and competitor benchmarks. 7. Ensure courier training is completed and effectively understood. 8. Run in-field tests of new product features and provide structured feedback. 9. Maintain high-quality WhatsApp courier groups, encouraging engagement and removing inactive or infiltrated members. 10. Submit monthly reports on courier behavior, performance issues, and field recommendations.
- Align with the Driver Growth and CRM teams to execute and localize acquisition strategies. - Support City BPs in boosting vehicle-based acquisition and managing key supply KPIs. - Identify and manage new local partnerships that support courier onboarding (vehicle rental, tools, services). - Run referral campaigns (MgM), including proposing reward/target changes and monitoring performance. - Coordinate local activations and represent the Driver Growth team in partner meetings and regional events. - Lead onboarding training sessions and troubleshoot operational issues from the field. - Benchmark competitors' acquisition tactics and partnership structures. - Travel regularly across the region to launch activations and support new city launches with the OL team. - Gather qualitative insights from new couriers and partners to improve funnel conversion. - Map and assess vehicle and OL partner landscape in the region.
As a Strategy & Operations Manager at Didi Global, you will play a pivotal role in customer experience and pricing to ensure sustainable growth and competitive advantage. Your key responsibilities include: Customer Experience Ownership : - Identify and address pain points in the customer journey through data-driven insights and user feedback analysis. - Design initiatives to improve rider/driver satisfaction, retention, and loyalty (e.g., service quality metrics). - Partner with Customer Support and Product teams to streamline processes and enhance service delivery. Market & Competitive Analysis, especially for pricing: - Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and regulatory changes to inform strategic adjustments to pricing. - Develop segmentation strategies based on city dynamics, user behavior, and demand patterns. Cross-Functional Collaboration : - Work closely with regional and global teams to improve user experience. - Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders, driving data-backed decisions. - Track KPIs such as ride volumes, conversion, service metrics and pricing efficiency.
Join Alipay+ Central Ops CoC - the core team for Alipay+ business daily operations. You are expected to work closely with BD, product, tech, funding, risk, branding, legal etc. teams, to ensure that Alipay+ business rules and standards are observed, hence enabling the efficiency and sustainability during continuous business expansion. Demand Forecasting & Sales Planning Drive the design and evolution of high-impact regional demand forecasting algorithms and increase adoption across our six Southeast Asian markets, ensuring precision, adaptability and strong alignment with commercial priorities. Partner closely with local Supply Chain and commercial teams, along with regional stakeholders, to translate market insights and growth plans into data-driven and executable forecasts. Play a leading role in campaign readiness and strategic planning, while continuously enhancing and scaling sales planning SOPs to elevate our performance and operational maturity across the region. Planning & Replenishment Execution Act as the central driver of planning and replenishment alignment, ensuring operational consistency across all markets. Champion the effective use of internal planning systems and data-driven demand methodologies to enable informed decision-making. Partner with local teams and tech functions to fine-tune replenishment models, optimize planning parameters and resolve executional challenges swiftly. Inventory Health & Performance Management Oversee critical inventory health metrics, including days of inventory, aging, overstocks and wastage, with a sharp focus on minimizing losses and maximizing inventory efficiency. Lead performance reviews to ensure visibility, accountability and alignment on key inventory metrics across all markets. Play a pivotal role, partnering with local commercial and sales planning teams to enable precise SKU-level forecasting, real-time campaign visibility and actionable post-campaign performance insights through post-mortem reviews. Supply Chain Integrity & Data Accuracy Act as a key guardian of Supply Chain data integrity by supporting local teams in resolving operational and system-related issues across our regional network. Collaborate with supporting functions to troubleshoot and maintain the accuracy of critical systems managing inventory synchronization, presell stock, COGS calculations and product master data. Oversee essential control points, such as product exclusions and warehouse inventory grouping, to ensure clean, reliable data and efficient, resilient Supply Chain operations. Regional Capability Building Deliver targeted trainings that empower local Supply Chain teams with best practices, shared learnings and continuous improvement mindsets. Lead onboarding and capability-building initiatives for local sales planners to foster consistency and capability uplift regionally. System Enhancement Rollout Lead the end-to-end rollout and optimization of internal retail Supply Chain systems and tools. Translate complex operational needs into clear, actionable system requirements in collaboration with local operations and regional product. Drive key initiatives, from BRD preparation and UAT to implementation and performance monitoring, ensuring all tools are scalable, intuitive and aligned with our strategic goal.
