1. Conduct weekly interviews with couriers to gather insights, feedback, and screenshots. 2. Monitor and report competitor strategies, including pricing, incentives, and operational tactics. 3. Share insights with City BPs and Pricing to support fee and strategy adjustments. 4. Support go-to-market efforts in new cities: map risks, understand cultural barriers, and identify demand zones. 5. Track courier satisfaction, cancellations, online behavior, and fraud indicators. 6. Build and maintain a centralized database for courier intelligence and competitor benchmarks. 7. Ensure courier training is completed and effectively understood. 8. Run in-field tests of new product features and provide structured feedback. 9. Maintain high-quality WhatsApp courier groups, encouraging engagement and removing inactive or infiltrated members. 10. Submit monthly reports on courier behavior, performance issues, and field recommendations.
The role is responsible for integrating sales & financial plans, and developing strategies to reach regional GMV and profitability goals, and work with operation teams in regional and countries to execute the strategies. The role requires analyzing data and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align with business strategies, sales plan and customer needs. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales and Financial Planning Develop and manage integrated sales and financial plans, including sales forecasts, margin analysis and budget allocations to align with business objectives. The role will have counterparts in countries to develop proposals, but the role needs to identify the issues/optimization opportunity and develop strategy to meet GMV and profitability goals 2. Collaboration and Communication Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (merchandising, purchasing, finance, and sales) to ensure alignment and seamless communication. 3. Global Security Infrastructure & Architecture ● Build baseline security architectures across markets, including access management, data protection, audit/logging, and threat detection; ● Support regional business security unification while respecting localized needs. Internationalization of Security Products ● Lead internationalization efforts for internal security tools: multi-language support, local deployment architecture, and regional compliance standards; ● Deliver modular, API-driven, and SaaS-compatible security components for overseas platforms. Compliance & Data Sovereignty ● Design and enforce compliance frameworks aligning with GDPR, PDPA, CCPA, and other regional data privacy regulations; ● Support data localization, cross-border flow auditing, and international privacy mechanism design. Security Operations & Threat Response ● Co-build regionalized security operations capabilities (SOC-lite models, incident response playbooks, multilingual ticketing systems); ● Establish globally coordinated threat intel and response mechanisms. Cross-Team & Talent Development ● Work closely with security engineering, platform, legal, compliance, and international operations teams; ● Mentor or hire security professionals with international capabilities and build the foundation of a globally distributed team.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to): • Your main responsibility will be building long term strategic partnerships with international brands and sellers, and ensuring their success once onboarded. You will be expected to drive customer pitching; taking part in RFIs & RFQs, as well as developing tailored pricing for E2E supply chain solutions to drive successful sales conversions. • You will responsible for working with Lazada Regional platform team for joint BD and development commercial-logistics join programs to improve the competitiveness of Fulfilled-by-Lazada solution and increase overall stickiness of brands/sellers with Lazada • You will be responsible for closely monitoring the operational performance of our key strategic partners, conduct regular quarterly or monthly business reviews to optimise performance, and drive strategic road mapping as part of deepening the partnership. • You will be expected to contribute towards improving sales operations efficiencies by collaborating closely with local country teams to improve performance tracking and governance, sharing and implementation of best practices. Ultimately this should drive greater sales effectiveness and pipeline conversions regionally across our key markets in Southeast Asia.

Operational System Development & Optimization - Optimize the monetization operations framework, including advertiser education, ad placement strategies, and funnel optimization. - Establish standardized processes and operational mechanisms to achieve automation and intelligent monetization operations. - Plan and execute promotional campaigns to attract advertisers and merchants while increasing their willingness to pay. - Design marketing tools and promotional programs, such as discounts, cashback, and incentive schemes, to boost ad spend and merchant engagement. 3. Data-Driven Growth & Business Decision-Making - Refine key data metrics and analytical frameworks to gain deep insights into advertiser and merchant behaviors, driving continuous strategy iteration. - Develop data tools and analytical models to enhance revenue forecasting, market segmentation, and precision marketing. - Leverage A/B testing and experimental design to improve advertiser efficiency and lifetime value (LTV). - Utilize financial models (e.g., ARPU, LTV, ROI) to develop business optimization plans that maximize revenue potential. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration and stakeholder management -Work closely with product, technology and commercial teams to ensure the successful execution of monetization strategies. -Drive technological development and innovation in monetization products to enhance revenue efficiency.
