任职要求
1. 3 年以上 PMO 或项目管理相关经验。More than 3 years of experience in PMO or project management 2. 结果导向:具备强烈的业务推动力,以最终业务成果为目标驱动项目推进。Result-Oriented: Strong business-driving capabilities, ensuring projects are guided by final business outcomes. 3. 具备 OKR 或 KPI 目标管理经验。熟悉项目管理常见工具和方法论。Experience with OKR or KPI goal management. Familiar with common project managment tools and methodologies. 4. 优秀的沟通和跨团队协作能力。 Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills 5. 可用英语做为工作语言。Can use English as working language. 具备以下条件优先 1. 有大型企业或互联网公司背景者优先 Preferably in large enterprises or internet companies. 2. 熟悉敏捷(Agile)、瀑布(Waterfall)等项目管理方法,有 PMP 认证者优先。Familiar with Agile, Waterfall, and other project management methodologies; PMP certification is a plus. 3. 有业务分析能力者优先。Candidates with business analysis capabilities preferred. 4. 有企业级 PMO 体系搭建经验,或主导过公司级重要项目者优先。Experience in building enterprise-level PMO frameworks or leading company-wide strategic projects. 5. 会葡语者优先。Portuguese speakers will be given priority.
工作职责
1. 推进业务结果:确保所有项目与公司业务目标保持一致,推动项目落地,实现业务增长和效率提升,监控关键项目的执行情况,识别风险并推动解决方案,确保业务目标达成,通过数据分析和绩效管理,量化项目对业务的贡献,优化资源配置。 Deliver Outcomes: Ensure all projects align with business objectives, drive implementation, and enhance business growth and efficiency. Monitor key project execution, identify risks, and drive resolutions to achieve business targets.Utilize data analysis and performance management to quantify project impact and optimize resource allocation. 2. 项目管理:负责制定和优化项目管理框架、标准和流程,确保项目按计划推进,组织和主持项目例会,跟进任务进展,推动跨部门协同合作,监督项目的时间、成本、质量和风险,确保高效交付。 Project Management: Develop and optimize project management frameworks, standards, and processes to ensure smooth project execution. 1. 对Keeta 外卖业务商家侧运营提供数据分析和数据支持。Provide data analysis and data support for merchant-side operations of Keeta's food delivery business 2. 与业务运营团队、前线团队、数据团队等协同方紧密合作,基于商家运营的需求,产出不同业务运营场景下的指标体系。Work closely with both internal and cross-functional teams, identify business needs and build scalable indicator systems for different operation scenarios. 3. 通过数据深度分析,和业务团队一起深入挖掘和洞察商家的需求,定位业务关键机会。Through in-depth data analysis, collaborate with the business team to deeply explore and gain insights into merchant needs, identifying key business opportunities. 4. 参与业务侧专项,对项目提供数据分析支持,推动项目的落地,并对项目结果共同负责。Participate in operation key projects, provide data analysis support for projects, promote project implementation, and share responsibility for project results.
1.负责制定并执行产品运营策略,确保产品在市场上的顺利推广和运营; 2.负责商家及供给运营管理,包括商家关系维护、供给链管理等工作; 3.管理团队成员,指导并协助团队成员完成日常工作任务; 4.负责监督和优化产品运营流程,提高工作效率和产品运营效果; 5.参与制定产品运营预算和目标,并确保团队按照要求完成任务。 Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for formulating and implementing product operation strategies to ensure the smooth promotion and operation of products in the market; 2. Responsible for merchant and supply operation management, including merchant relationship maintenance, supply chain management, and other related tasks; 3. Manage team members, guide and assist team members in completing daily work tasks; 4. Responsible for supervising and optimizing product operation processes, improving work efficiency and product operation effectiveness; 5. Participate in formulating product operation budgets and goals, and ensure that the team completes tasks according to requirements.
1.负责商家端相关产品工具运营,包括但不限于需求收集、功能规划、行业对标分析等工作,识别关键卡点或机会点,推动产品开发或者迭代,提升商家经营效率和管理效率; 2.管理产品项目流程,协调销售、产品、技术团队和其他相关部门完成产品功能开发或优化,帮助更高效地达成业务目标; 3.开展产品功能培训和推广,制定全面的产品培训手册,协助商家掌握产品使用方法。 1.Responsible for the merchant-related product tools operations, including but not limited to demand collection, feature planning, industry benchmark analysis, identify key bottlenecks or opportunities, drive product development or iteration, and boost merchant operational and managerial efficiency. 2.Oversee the product project workflow, liaise with sales, product, tech teams and other related departments to develop or improve product features, helping to achieve business objectives more efficiently. 3.Lead product feature training and promotion, develop a comprehensive product training guide, and support merchants in mastering product usage.
1. 3PL Training System Development: Participate in designing the 3PL growth path, identify opportunities for capacity improvement among 3PLs at different lifecycle stages, and develop training courses for new 3PLs (e.g., platform operations, marketing tool usage, order management) to promote merchant growth and capability enhancement. 2. End-to-End 3PL Experience Management Establish a NPS monitoring system, conduct quarterly surveys and monthly interviews (covering ≥30% of active merchants) to identify core pain points in 3PLs' operations, and drive relevant departments to adjust strategies for optimizing the 3PL experience. Create a 3PL honor system to enhance their satisfaction through award ceremonies, online exposure, etc., thereby improving the platform's reputation.
