工作职责


人力资源政策制定与治理
• 制定、实施并维护与业务目标及合规要求相一致的人力资源运营政策及标准操作流程(SOP)
• 确保各项人力资源政策在各业务单元的统一执行
• 协同相关部门定期审查政策内容,根据劳动法规更新及行业最佳实践进行动态优化

人力资源流程标准化与优化
• 设计、文档化并持续改进人力资源流程,提升运营效率与合规性
• 联合跨部门团队确保人力资源流程的系统集成与操作可行性
• 建立员工全生命周期管理标准化流程,包括但不限于入职、离职管理及内部调动等全流程

质量保证与员工体验提升
• 保障人力资源政策高效落地,优化员工体验与组织运营效能
• 面向HR团队及管理层开展政策更新与流程变更的培训宣导
• 执行定期合规审计,识别政策执行偏差并提出整改方案
• 构建质量评估体系,通过常态化运营诊断推动持续改进机制

HR Policy Enablement & Governance: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HR operations policies and SOPs that align with business goals and compliance requirements. Ensure HR policies are consistently applied across all business units. Regularly review work with relevant department and update HR policies to reflect changes in employment laws and best practices. HR Process Standardization & Optimization: Design, document, and continuously improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR processes are well-integrated and operationally sound. Establish clear workflows and guidelines for employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, probation and internal mobility, etc.. Implement a quality audit framework to regularly assess HR operations, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvements.

Assist in People Operations daily, including prepare softcopy/hardcopy documents, communicate with related stakeholders and deliver the update from/to stakeholders. Manage personal materials and system administration, such as certificate with seal management and talent program system administration. Follow the people operations workflow to support the regular basis or ad-hoc report by request.
