任职要求
1、熟悉各类二次元角色效果的美术制作方法和技术实现路径; 2、具有较强的编程能力和逻辑能力,熟悉 Unity,同时也熟悉 Unreal、Godot、Cocos 等主流引擎具有的特性,能够独立编码实现常见效果 demo 并懂得如何合理迁移其他引擎的特性到 Unity; 3、具有较好的美术制作经验,了解一种或多种 DCC 软件操作(3ds Max, Maya, Blender, Houdini, Substance Painter, Substance Designer, After Effects, Photoshop, Procreate),能够制作样本效果,指导美术的资产制作思路、协助排查问题; 4、对美术相关某个方向有自己的深入理解,有一定的个人作品,例如:角色、动作、特效、UI动效、场景、调色; 5、熟悉游戏相关工具的制作原理和流程,能够合理引入和搭配工具,提高全链条的生产效率。
工作职责
1、深入分析二次元调性,为项目实现二次元效果提供方向和具体技法; 2、深入分析 Unity 动画相关机制,为项目提供流畅、自然的动画衔接落地方案; 3、协助进行复杂特效、动效的落地,提供方案来进行制作方法和性能的优化; 4、协助程序和美术进行深入沟通,识别和解决专业、逻辑上的问题和漏洞,并将相关规则、经验固化为流程和编辑器工作流; 5、能够培养初中级 TA,形成人才梯队。
