工作职责
1. Finance Management for both Marketing and Retail expenses, including budget management, accrual list & bookkeeping review, and ROI analysis; 2. Financial control in Marketing and Retail expenses, such as project application, contract application, PO acceptance and Payment application; 3. Build and optimize the finance process of Xiaomi Store, conduct the P&L management of each store;
Role definition and Key Accountabilities include, but are not limited to: (1) Drive Local Strategic Insights: Perform deep-dive market research through frontline investigation to collect data. Identify business opportunities through financial lens by conducting comprehensive market and competitor research and analysis. Provide data-driven recommendations for business improvement (2) Lead financial research and analysis in key areas: Purchase cost of retail product and gross margin optimization Fulfillment cost management Financial Unit Economics (UE) model development and maintenance Performance tracking and reporting (3) Business Partnership: Deliver actionable financial insights to support decision-making Partner closely with business teams to drive results.
1. 协助Fintech BU的预算及财务分析工作,支持上级包括但不限于: 1)建立和升级各产品盈利模型; 2)与业务负责人一起制定业务规划和财务预算; 3)观测和分析业务、财务指标执行情况,定位风险,并协同业务团队提升财务表现; 4) 持牌公司的财务管理、报表分析及监管材料的准备与报表等。 2. 协助建立流动性管理的方法、预测和机制,协助业务和财务部门提升流动性使用效率; 3. 作为业财对接的桥梁,协同财税法各职能团队,持续推动部门财务制度与机制流程的优化,提升财务管控效率,并确保财务管理规范和结果符合相关监管要求。
