1.Customer Service: Assisting with inquiries, complaints, and product knowledge. 2.Sales & Inventory: Supporting upselling, cross-selling, stock monitoring, and restocking. 3.Store Operations: Helping with opening/closing, cash handling, and maintaining store organization. 4.Staff Supervision: Assisting with staff training and motivating team performance. 5.Sales Reporting: Tracking sales and generating performance reports. 6.Compliance & Marketing: Ensuring policy adherence and assisting with store promo.
• Develop business strategies to increase the foot traffic, boost sales, and optimize profits • Ensure product availability by maintaining inventory levels • Secure merchandise by implementing security systems and measures (Stock Opname) • Lead, motivate, train, guide, and supervise the team effectively • Assign tasks to the store team, including scheduling work shifts • Maintain a well-kept store environment and ensure customer comfort • Oversee store administration and ensure work is in compliance with regulations and procedures • Analyze and report on purchasing trends and customer needs
建店支持 1.建店业务支持,含建店相关物料下单与物流安排(含家具,道具,监控,POS硬件,固定电话,小票打印机,客流技术器等)。 2.门店信息维护,新店账号申请及常规信息新增;米网门店信息新增;Google门店信息创建等; 3.规划并执行存量门店形象的日常维护,保养。 4.门店建店合同管理。 5.门店保证金管理 6.提报系统开业。 7.月度同步新开业门店。 8.杨帆门店进度跟进。 9.门店闭店清算,退款跟进。 10.负责新零售直营店门店保险投保,理赔。 11.工装,购物袋等支持门店营业物料需求收集,下单。 门店支持: 1.零售通,PMS建店,小米办公等系统维护与运营问题处理。 2.门店网络支持与维护。 3.负责各系统的维护管理工作于门店人员的系统使用培训。 4.门店现金,支持流程对接,新开店流程培训。
1.Develop an expansion plan based on the annual store expansion target 2.Evaluate and negotiate the location of commercial districts and stores, and be responsible for the results such as store location and cost 3.Coordinate with store building suppliers to ensure the progress of store construction 4.Maintain the relationship between real estate developers and Mall cooperation departments
1.Store Expansion: Manage and drive the execution of market analysis, site selection, store design, renovation, and Xiaomi store operations; 2.Store Operations: Participate in setting sales targets and store establishment strategies for assigned countries, collect operational and P&L data, conduct in-depth analysis of regional and national store performance, diagnose issues, and guide business improvement; 3. New Product Launches & Promotions: Drive sales growth for premium smartphones, tablets, and AIoT products through in-store launches and promotional campaigns; 4.Project Execution: Oversee and manage the implementation of corporate store operation initiatives at the frontline, taking ownership of related projects; 5.Global Mobility: This role is part of an overseas assignment pool. After training and supporting regional operations at HQ, the candidate will be assigned to an international location (specific country TBD).
