1. Responsible for E-commerce business KPI. Create and execute business plan to achieve our target. 2. Budget and resources management, fulfill better sales performance with reasonable ROI. Create onsite and offsite MKT plan with MKT team. 3. Work closely with e-commerce platforms and enablers, manage and improve the profit/traffic/CR/PSI, etc. 4. Set product strategy for e-commerce, ensure successful product performance for new product launch and campaigns. 5. Collect and analyze business trends, share market insights with internal team and adjust our product/platform strategies based on those insights.

Establish and maintain relationships with corporate and channel clients in Germany/France, driving the complete sales cycle from lead generation → demand insights → demonstration → proposal → negotiation → contract signing, and take responsibility for delivery and renewals. 2. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop regional growth plans (e.g., trade shows, roadshows, online campaigns), follow up on lead conversion, and conduct ROI reviews. 3. Coordinate internal resources (product, delivery, customer service, legal, supply chain) to ensure customer success and repeat purchases from contract signing to implementation. 4. Support local channel, e-commerce, and retail partnership projects, including the preparation of relevant materials. 5. Gather localized industry insights (e.g., competitors, pricing, channels, compliance) to refine scalable growth strategies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

1.As the head of operations, ensure warehouse efficiency, quality, and cost metrics meet expectations by effectively managing daily operations. 2.Collaborate with headquarters and regional functions to implement headquarters' standards for the warehouse, optimizing and improving areas such as staffing, systems, processes, materials, equipment, and layout. 3. Develop and implement warehouse operation plans based on customer needs to guarantee service delivery. 4.According to business demands, devise plans for overseas warehouse relocation, transitions, and construction of new facilities, overseeing projects from start to finish. 5. Plan and execute various platform level promotions: include big promotion such as Black Friday or seasonal rebajas, to drive platform level uplift and make the sales reach to new height, and several monthly campaigns which serve different objectives: increase seasonal sub-categories, boost re-purchase rate, assist incubation, drive top brands or top assortment 2. Think from both seller and buyer points of view. 3. Leverage analytical data to point out the critical factors or measurable metrics to enhance promotion performance, improve SOP or raise new promotional initiatives. 4. Work with Product and User Experience Design team to identify improvement areas that can largely improve business results and better user experience.
