工作职责
1、负责北美TK本土店铺日常运营,对店铺的整体销售经营结果负责; 2、商品管理,根据TK平台特性进行详情页优化、广告投放、把控备货和销售节奏等; 3、活动策划,结合平台活动以及品牌资源,策划店铺大促和日常促销活动提升转化率; 4、管理直播和短视频运作,推动机构合作方以及达人GMV产出; 5、与平台方密切配合以及获取相关信息以及营销资源
Key Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, OTT, DSP, SSP, Programmatic, and OOH platforms. Coordinate with media vendors and platform partners to ensure timely delivery and optimization of campaigns. Support in media plan development by analyzing historical data, understanding media mix modeling, and forecasting performance. Monitor campaign performance and assist in drawing actionable insights based on key metrics and KPIs. Stay updated with industry trends and recommend improvements to current strategies and plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment in marketing messages and objectives. Prepare visual reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders using tools like Google Data Studio or similar platforms.
1.Oversee the operation and management of official self-operated stores across various platforms, ensuring sales, profitability, employee efficiency, and new product projects are well-handled. 2.Assist in planning and implementing sales targets and product strategies. 3.Analyze platform dynamics, competitor performance, and store sales data to formulate effective solutions. 4.Communicate across departments to resolve operational challenges in self-operated stores, including customer service, system issues, and logistics. 5.Manage and coordinate the self-operated team, ensuring structured operational management and team empowerment. 6.Maintain daily communication with KAMs (Key Account Managers) from different platforms regarding platform activities, resources, and business matters.
Support in managing social media platforms and developing in-art copies and captions. Content development on owned media platforms: TikTok, Facebook, X, Instagram and more. Moderation of Mi Communuity: planning, posting threads/content aligned with Community Manager Support in marketing report development and analysis Support in marketing events, roadshows, production, and other related marketing work
