pre-sales solution to support BD team Key job responsibilities - Able to do pricing independently with in depth understanding of warehouse cost structure - Be the project manager to work with internal product, operation, finance teams to put together comprehensive design solutions for client - seek out and drive new business opportunities with internal client & external reputable brands by co-designing solution or participating in RFQs. Convert viable prospects into clients and owns full sales conversation & negotiation - Work with BD team to identify opportunities and develop new supply chain models and warehouse solutions with focused on cross-border and local B2C warehousing fulfillment solutions for ecommerce platform & KA brands. -Analyze and solve business problems at their root for customers, stepping back to understand customer’s needs - Good understanding of system requirements in ecommerce fulfillment & logistics system as part of overall fulfillment solution. Able to clearly articulate requirements to the business and product teams. Capability to write BRD is a plus. - Sufficient maturity to manage prioritization and trade-offs among selling partner and customer experience, and operational support load.

1、负责推荐业务中排序策略相关的算法研发工作,涉及lazada推荐全场景业务板块 2、通过多目标校准、上下文重混排、多目标融合、跨场景策略、分人群策略等相关算法研发与优化,实现流量效率与用户体验的提升; 3、通过大模型等前沿技术创新应用,实现推荐算法迭代体系的突破;
1、参与阿里巴巴国际化数字商业板块建设,Aliexpress、Lazada、Daraz国际资金产品相关系统架构设计及研发; 2、负责对 支付、外汇、金融网络、账务、流动性等系统进行持续的技术方案改进与优化,制定具体实施策略与路线图; 3、以架构角度把控系统的设计、落地以及运维,协调业务发展,统筹研发资源、把控系统实施节奏;
1. 负责Lazada平台客服产品运营,对平台客服的整体业务目标负责,持续优化服务能力与用户体验,降低平台成本。 2. 洞察东南亚用户特点,结合国家策略,通过深入的数据分析挖掘本地化需求,推进客服流程改善以及体验提升; 3. 能协同业务运营、技术、设计等多部门,完成产品运营策略的发起、落地与上线后的数据分析与迭代。 1. Lead product operations for Lazada's customer care service, driving business objectives by optimizing service capabilities, enhancing user experience, and reducing costs. 2. Identify localized needs through data analysis and market insights across Southeast Asia. Improve customer care service processes aligned with regional strategies. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business operations, tech, design) to initiate, implement, and iteratively optimize product strategies through post-launch performance analysis.
