• Rapidly implement and iterate on gameplay spaces and environments. • Design, implement, and improve gameplay spaces that deliver engaging player experiences. • Establish and promote best practices for future level design work. • Develop multiple design solutions while clearly communicating trade-offs and implementation considerations. • Utilize rapid prototyping and playtesting to validate design solutions. • Produce clear design documentation that can be understood and implemented across disciplines. • Collaborate closely with designers, artists, engineers, and other partners to deliver cohesive player experiences. • Incorporate feedback and continuously iterate toward high-quality design outcomes.
• Build a comprehensive gameplay strategy and handle executions for FFGS gameplay feature production, release and daily operations that will maximize long term engagement and player perception. • Build and manage game development pipelines to ensure a cost-efficiency way of production • Manage the production collaboration with other departments • Hire, mentor, and grow producers for teams within your space. • Organize the daily development efforts of the team, leading team meetings, managing planning efforts and ensuring delivery against the product roadmap and FFGS strategy. • Build strong relationships with partner teams to drive the success of joint projects.

Implement the global asset strategy for your events, determining the optimal mix of rented vs. owned equipment to meet event goals. Contribution to Strategy: • Contractor Team Management: Lead and manage the event-specific broadcast tech manager, utility contractor and vendor teams. Handle resource planning, task assignment, and performance management for your events, ensuring adherence to global standards. Contractor Team Management: • Vendor & Project Management: Manage day-to-day vendor relationships and delivery for your assigned events. Contribute to SOW creation and manage the event-level budget, ensuring events are delivered on time and on budget. Vendor & Project Management: • Operational Excellence: Serve as the direct point of accountability for the technical health and success of your events. Champion and implement broadcast technology excellence, monitoring, and continuous improvement within Esports Production Management. Operational Excellence: • Technology & Process Improvement: Identify, evaluate, and pilot emerging technologies within your projects. Recommend new solutions and process improvements based on project outcomes. Partner with Esports Event Technology (EET) on integration for broadcast engineering, systems, networking, and broadcast design. Technology & Process Improvement: • Mentorship & Stakeholder Management: Act as a technical mentor for tech managers and contractor and vendor leads. Communicate project status, risks, and milestones effectively to all event stakeholders and management. Mentorship & Stakeholder Management:
